Welcome back to another episode! In todays topic I get really vulnerable about my painful reality of looking in the mirror a couple of days ago and feeling shame behind what I saw. Woah ! Where did that come from??

I realized how the enemy tried to catch me in a vulnerable and painful place with myself to  think less of me.  However. today I know better and that the only truth is what God thinks of me not others and not even what I think of me because that can be distorted as well. 

I hope by me sharing my pain that you can know you are not alone.
