39.\\ Breaking generational patterns in our motherhood!

In today's episode I talk about the ability we all have as chain breaking moms to change the path in which we raise our children.

It can be easy to just want to follow the exact footsteps of how we were raised and not question anything or change any way in which we may have disagreed with our upbringing.

While there are so many things I loved and am extremely grateful for how I was raised, there are a few things as a Mom today that I would not want to do to my children.

It starts with honesty, awareness and coming from a place of love.
